I am Oliver Kanner, founder of Rising Source, ecologist and cannabis farmer. I have spent the last 20 years honing my cultivation techniques in indoor, outdoor and greenhouse settings. With a background in ecology and scientific method, I have adapted my approach to cannabis cultivation focusing on high end craft production. I currently own and operate a 10,000 square foot mixed light operation with Ridgeline Farms, that produces some of the highest quality cannabis in the state. We are focused on quality product and are working diligently to curate new strains that go into packaging for the recreation market in California. I transitioned from the legacy market and have formed numerous partnerships over the years including, but no limited to, a partnership that built out and operated the centralized nursery, genetic library and testing facility for the globally recognized brand, Cookies. I am now focused on further brand development as well as taking the knowledge, practices, and expertise I have amassed through years of experimentation to work with like minded businesses and brands to elevate their operations while continuing to advocate for the normalization of cannabis throughout the world.
