Basic consultation package includes but is not limited to:
Remote Consultation.
In depth look into the operation, current SOPs and all other aspects of production.
Create detailed SOPs for operation.
Weekly meetings
Intermediate Consultation
Intermediate consulation package includes but is not limited to:
In person consultation.
In depth look into the operation, current SOPs and all other aspects of production.
Create detailed SOPs specifically for the operation that will include langauge, picture and video content.
Daily check ins to ensure SOPs are being executed. Bi-monthly in person visits to further ensure optimal results.
Advanced Consultation
Advanced consultation package includes but is not limited to:
In person consultation and daily reviews of production.
In depth look into the operation, current SOPs and all other aspects of the production.
Create detailed SOPs specifically for the operation that will include langauge, picture and video content.
Strategic partnerships with suppliers for genetics, nutrients, lighting, environmental controls and all other aspects of production.
Weekly in person visits (depending on location) and continuous phone and email communication.
